Regulated trades must hold a valid Ontario licence, checked at onboarding and at every renewal.
Every Pro carries their own liability insurance.
Pros join by invitation or referral from Pros we already trust, and are re-reviewed after every job.
No one joins on paper alone. Every Pro completes a paid trial job to our standard.
If the work isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll send your Pro, or another Pro, back to fix it at no charge. If we can't make it right, we'll refund our service fee.
